Zoom Washer & Dispenser

The selectable washing parameters deliver necessary flexibility for running a wide variety of applications.
Users control the positioning of aspiration tips inside the wells. In addition to the three-dimensional aspiration tip positioning, the speed with which aspiration tips are lowered/lifted from the microplate and the dispense speed are adjustable.

Flexible
Various programming options provide maximum flexibility in washing protocols.
The washing sequence can consist of aspiration followed by dispensing, or can be set for simultaneous aspiration and dispensing. The unit is compatible with both standard 96 and 384-well plates.

Fast
The Zoom Washer has a single carriage design. No time is wasted on microplate transfer between washer and microplate storage device. This unique feature makes the Zoom the fastest washer for low to medium high throughput applications.

Accurate
The Zoom’s distinct mechanical design contributes to its high accuracy and precise washing and dispensing functions. It is based on the use of a cast aluminum frame and precise mechanics in combination with our direct syringe drive, positive displacement syringes and precision manifolds.

Optional Valve Module
The Valve Module allows up to four different wash buffers to be primed through. The on-board software controls automatic priming, as well as cleaning of valves, syringes and the dispense manifolds.
