MAP-C II Microplate Assay Processor
The Titertek MAP-C II is designed for high throughput microplate processing. The heart of the instrument is the S60 Stacker that handles up to 60 microplates in two removable magazines.
The MAP-C II base model is equipped with a dual direct drive syringe assembly. Auxiliary Digiflex pipetting units may be interfaced to increase flexibility as well as reduce microplate-processing time.
The MAP-C II has the ability to wash and dispense to 96 well or 384 well plates. Through a simple software switch, either plate type may be selected. A 96 well wash/aspirate head assembly provides simultaneous washes on 96 well plates and quadrant washes on 384 well plates.
Dispense manifolds in eight well or sixteen well formats allow the MAP-C II to process 96 or 384 well plates. Aspirate heads are available in single or multiple column formats. For precise low volume delivery, the MAP-C II may be equipped with Titertek Instruments unique 4in1 Syringe assembly.
In keeping with Titertek's modular design philosophy, the MAP-C II may be ordered with the Multiple Inlet Reagent Station option. The Multiple Inlet Reagent Station contains two valves that operate under software control allowing up to eight different reagents to be primed through. Also available is an integrated Multiskan Ascent microplate spectrophotometer for rapid reading of 96 or 384 well plates.
96 Tip Quadrant Head for washing 96 well plates in one step or 384 well plates in four steps.
- 8 or 16 tip dispense manifolds for rapid reagent dispensing.
- Easy to use, Windows compatible control software allows construction of an entire assay.
- Column wash and reagent addition available - useful for fine control of cell washing steps.
- 20/30/60 plate interchangeable magazines are compatible with other Titertek equipment.
- 4in1 syringes allow precise reagent dispensing at volumes as low as 4µl.
- Deep well plates (96 or 384) can be processed with minimal hardware changes.
- Inert liquid path is solvent resistant and non-wettable.
