MAP-C Agar Dispensing

Titertek has employed a number of modifications to
its popular MAP-C Microplate Assay Processor to provide a rapid and reliable
method for dispensing agar to microplates.
By using short insulated lines and hot water prewarming
and rinse cycles, the MAP-C can fill up to sixty standard microplates without
user intervention.
Powerful direct drive motors are used to accurately
handle viscous fluids and flexible software controls all of the pipetting, prewarming,
priming and rinsing functions.
- Hot water prewarming and final rinse.
- 20/30/60 plate interchangeable magazines are compatible
with other Titertek equipment.
- Small syringes and short inlet lines minimize agar
dwell time in the system.
- Specially insulted syringes and double-wall tubing
lines maintain constant temperature.
- Custom produced tips and direct drive syringes
are designed for viscous reagents.
- Custom designed drain prevents clogging and provides
uninterrupted large batch processing.
- Available for both 96 well standard and deep well
dispensing in a wide volume range.
- System may be operated in computer control mode
through the RS232 interface.
